Start with the project context

State the project type, target country, voltage level and expected delivery window. These inputs establish the operating context before any fitting or insulator selection is reviewed.

Attach the technical basis

A bill of materials is useful, but drawings, single-line diagrams, material schedules and existing specifications provide the context that a list alone cannot show.

  • Bill of materials with quantities and unit conventions
  • Line drawings, structure schedules or relevant installation details
  • Specified standard or employer requirement, where available
  • Requested packing, inspection and delivery information

Mark the decisions that are still open

It is better to flag an unresolved selection than to bury it. A focused quotation can then separate confirmed items from alternatives that require a technical decision.
